Saturday Surgeries We are pleased to announce that a routine booked surgery will be available on a Saturday from 2nd July. Unfortunately the joint ‘Healthstone’ Saturday surgery and obesity clinic finished earlier in the year due to a reduction in funding, so the partners will be running a weekly session from our surgery. We hope this will be useful to those who find it difficult to attend during the week. A nurse will be available every few weeks for asthma and diabetes checks, as well as blood pressure and heart disease checks etc. The surgery will be open from 8.00-11.45am for pre-bookable routine appointments. In addition a few book on day appointments will be available, on a first come first served basis. To access these appointments the surgery phone line will be open on Saturdays between 8.00-8.30am
Please note that the usual out of hours arrangements will be in place for urgent or emergency problems. |
