The partners and staff at Rosemary Medical Centre are committed to providing you with the best possible care and attention at all times.  However, it is important to remember that Doctors and Nurses get ill also and we may have to cancel appointments at short notice.  We will attempt to contact you to forewarn you and give you the option of either seeing another Doctor or re-arranging your appointment.  It is therefore important that we have your up to date address and contact telephone numbers on file at all times; so please remember to tell us if you have moved or changed telephone numbers.

All of our staff are bound by our confidentiality agreement and will also treat you with the respect you deserve.
