We have a dedicated team of administration assistants who work diligently behind the scenes to ensure the practice fulfils its obligations and responsibilities.  These functions include, scanning important documentation onto your medical records, preparing repeat medication requests for your GP's approval and preparing referral letters dictated by your GP.

They are also responsible for ensuring that your clinical and administrative records are up to date so, from time to time, it may become necessary for them to contact you by letter or telephone to validate and confirm certain details.  Your assistance and co-operation in these exercises is greatly appreciated.
