REGISTERING FOR ON-LINE SERVICES
Patients who wish to register for on-line services to book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view their medical records can apply to do so in two different ways.
Download the NHS App.
Download the NHS App or open the NHS website up and login to access a range of NHS services on-line. The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. Download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet via the Google play or App store. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
You must be aged 13 or over to use the NHS App. You also need to be registered with a GP surgery in England or the Isle of Man. You will need to prove who you are to get full access to the NHS App.
Fill Out An Application Form at The Surgery
ID verification is required to ensure that on-line access is granted only to the patient or their authorised representative(s). All patients will be requested to provide two forms of ID verification in line with the NHS Good Practice Guidance on Identity Verification, one of which MUST be photographic identification. Acceptable documents include passports, photo driving licences and bank statements but not bills.
At Rosemary Medical Centre, patients access on-line services using SystmOnline. You will be given a printout with your username and password.
